Write THIS: Turns Out, I\u2019m A Superhero, and here\u2019s why\u2026<\/em><\/p>\nSome things should come to mind immediately. Acknowledge yourself<\/strong> for all of it\u2014big and small. Don\u2019t overthink, just write.<\/p>\nPart 2: Holding<\/h3>\n
If you\u2019re struggling with something, write it out as if you\u2019re gently talking to yourself:<\/p>\n

- I see that you feel sad because ______________<\/li>\n
- I see how much energy it takes to ______________<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
